  • 1995 - Founded a data analysis start-up (with two high school friends), which we then sold to IXX Technologies for US$ 5m, more than covering our university fees - which had been our main objective.

Successfully led the US$ 1bn takeover of Earthware Technologies by Space Tech Electronics (STe),which saw the company share price increase from a low of $25 to $85. Delivering stellar levels of growth during the pandemic hostile environment

 

Duties

  • Leading the commercial, technical and organisational interests of the company.

  • Working closely with our CSCO & CFO in mitigating supply chain disruptions and the resulting delivery costsProviding leadership to the managers of the finance, HR, business development and IT departments.

  • Involved in the business development of the new business models.

  • Overseeing our IT dept development and roll out of our learning technologies across our 16 offices.

  • Working closely with our CMO during our successful "Gen Y Digital" marketing campaign.

  • Presiding over the organization's day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year outcomes and responsibilities.

  •  Advising the board on how my team and I plan on developing and validating a clear strategic plan to accelerate and deliver the next phase of global growth
