I recruit & coach Executives looking to work for
FAST GROWTH & GLOBAL ORGANISATIONS!
ExecutiveGlobalCoaching.com
We're looking for a CEO for a USA fast growth start-up!

We are looking for a CEO to lead a US$85m+ USA fast growth start-up, through its next phase - either to IPO or US$1B company.

The company is on target to hit US$100m (ARR) with plans for a possible IPO in the future. The successful candidate will be US based or, willing to relocate.

The current CEO has been successful in growing the company to an 8-figure revenue and the stage is now set for a new CEO to lead them to a 9-figure revenue company.

Perhaps you’re a founder who has raised and then exited, a highly experienced M&A lawyer/investment banker or, a CFO who has worked closely with the CEO in raising US$50m+ and are now looking to lead a company to (perhaps) unicorn status.

If you think you fit the bill or know someone who may, and would like further details, please reach out to me by email or through LinkedIn

Let's talk about your CV, Bio and Online Profile!
Whether it’s Fortune, Bloomberg, Forbes, Financial Times or other top international business titles, CEOs and other leaders with little or no digital presence, or those relying on an un-optimised LinkedIn profile are missing out on many global opportunities for themselves, their businesses, as well as opportunities for global careers, building their brand on the international stage, Board/Advisory roles as well as, opportunities to connect with global business partners & investors.

Has this ever happened to you?

Scenario 1 - You've been invited to speak at an event (Zoom or in person) or, been asked to appear on Bloomberg, CNBC or another financial news channel. Perhaps you've received an interview request from Forbes, The Economist or The Financial Times. And then the next email request arrives...

Dear John/Catherine,
Please can you send us your Bio before our 16:00 deadline?
Yours,
Jessica, BNCB Editor
16:00? But that's only 3 hours away and you've got back to back meetings over the next 2 hours? Your CV is out of date, your LinkedIn profile is too sparse and un-optimised. The question is, do you send them your outdated 4 page CV and hope for the best, or is your CV too formal? But what about the deal you recently closed which they specifically want to discuss? You want to present yourself and the company in the best light possible. So which of your professional and 'Lived Experiences' are they most interested in? This could be the opportunity of a lifetime and could be an opening for your company and yourself. This interview could bring you to the attention of potential partners, a promotion, international recognition, opportunities and more...
Scenario 2 - You're looking for promotion, career change, an Advisory or Board role but don't know where to start. While you're a star within your org. few outside of it, have heard of you. You know very well that you’re supposed to be a leading thinker in your field but since none of the other prominent voices know who you are, you’re not going to be taken seriously. How to do you change this?

Scenario 3 - You've been invited by a professional org., business chamber, an embassy, a charity or university to appear as part of a panel of experts. They have asked for your updated bio or, link to your personal website. They would like draft a standard bio to match the other panel members most of whom have a far deeper online footprint than you do. You only have a CV (which seems too formal for this forum) but since you don't have a personal website you're unsure as to what information to share because you've never spoken to the organisers before and they're in a different time zone. You face a dilemma. Do you send them 4-5 different docs just to capture the essence of who you are? Wouldn't it be quicker and, far more professional, if you instead, shared a simple link to your own web profile containing an online CV? Your own personal URL which you can print on your business cards as well as include in your email signature. If the request is for a photo or your CV, then because these are included in your profile, the person making the request can simply download all the relevant information from your website. No more back and forth emails across different time zones; just one click and job done!
Many top CEOs and Executives have their own websites and this is how they build their global brands: John Sviokla Chinedu Echeruo Brian Solis .. and more..
